1. Services Provided

Blooming Chandeliers offers silk floral arrangements for purchase and delivery. All products are artificial and made from high-quality materials. No live flowers are sold.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paze wallet. Once an order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations or changes.

3. Delivery

We offer delivery within a 2-hour radius from the Cincinnati area. Delivery dates are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  To ensure a smooth delivery process, the customer must be present at the designated delivery address at the time of delivery.  Please ensure that delivery information is accurate—Blooming Chandeliers is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.  No shipping is available. 

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our silk floral products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

5. Product Representation

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or materials availability.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content—including product images, logos, and text—is the property of Blooming Chandeliers and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Blooming Chandeliers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
